- I have never understood why the "cap" exists in the first place. I have paid FICA on 100% of my earnings every year throughout my 35 working years. Some of my employers have been careful to hold me right below the cap.

- I suppose I still believe this dictator was killing civilians. Now, we are too. I'm not sure we should feel any better about that than we did in 1969. Sometimes history is instructive; sometimes it's just unbelievably sad.

- Actually, the President should demand that McChrystal be court-martialed. They used to hang people for sedition.

- I'll watch if the ever-changing personal schedule permits. I'll definitely tape it, at minimum. And it will go on DVD for the ages.
